                                    “Hebrew Bible and Oral Literature: Misconceptions and New Directions” 

                                    Robert Emmet Theatre (Room 2037), Ground Floor, Arts Block, Trinity College

                                    Professor Susan Niditch is the Samuel Green Professor of Religion at Amherst College, MA.  She has published extensively

                                    on the Hebrew Bible, including Oral World and Written Word.  She has most recently completed a commentary on the

                                    Book of Judges with Westminster John Knox Press.
